In 1989 the Company ventured into the international market with its first manufacturing facility outside the United States in Toronto, Canada...also adding a Distribution Center in Montreal, Canada in early 1990.  In addition a new Special Products Division was established in the same year.  

Following that was the completion of a new addition to the corporate headquarters in Birmingham. 1991 brought the development of our Security Products Division and the introduction of a 13,000 sq, ft. plant to produce Vinyl Accessory products for the Lathing & Plastering Industry.
